On the afternoon of February 14, 2018, reports of another deadly high school shooting were on every news station. The world was informed of a mass shooting that had taken place at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, where 17 people had lost their lives. This happened to be one of the deadliest mass high school shootings in the United States.

The co-founders of WRAD One focused their shock into action designed to prevent senseless deaths and get urgent help to the wounded. They decided to use their research and development expertise to create a gunshot detection sensor specifically for K-12 and Higher Education environments, developing technology that makes this security tool affordable.

Our focus is simple: school should be a place where students feel safe and parents should not be concerned about their child’s safety while at school. Teachers and administrators who feel compelled to ensure the safety of their students should feel confident they have a solution that will SAVE LIVES.

A Dedicated Team of Professionals.
